“We did not have our car serviced here but the customer care is impeccable. We were trying to make it to Neillsville while traveling on our honeymoon and a charging light came on. After leaving our info we were called back immediately and told they could get us in if we could make it, but to try to find a closer shop, and even given suggestions for the town we were in. Our steering went out as soon as we made it to the suggested shop, and luckily they were able to get us right in. We appreciate the honest help and would definitely their services if we find ourselves in need in this area in the future.”

“Recently got a flat tire as we drove through Greenwood on Labor day, and no one else was open or offered services near by. Road assistance was able to contact Brian who came to the rescue. He came from across the state due to a previous caller, so the wait was beyond the ETA given. But once he arrived, he got right to work. He was efficient and got us back on the road in no time! Super appreciated his positive attitude and quick work! We made it home safely!”
