He came from across the state due to a previous caller, so the wait was beyond the ETA given. But once he arrived, he got right to work. He was efficient and got us back on the road in no time! “We did not have our car serviced here but the customer care is impeccable. We were trying to make it to Neillsville while traveling on our honeymoon and a charging light came on. After leaving our info we were called back immediately and told they could get us in if we could make it, but to try to find a closer shop, and even given suggestions for the town we were in. Our steering went out as soon as we made it to the suggested shop, and luckily they were able to get us right in. We appreciate the honest help and would definitely their services if we find ourselves in need in this area in the future.”

“Had issues with my 2022 GMC on the way upnorth for vacation. Called at 11:15 to see if I could stop and have them take a look. Service manager said sure, stop in, not sure if we'll be able to get you fixed up. Great friendly service, we were able to continue on vacation instead of heading back home. Thank you very much!!!”
