I already have an account with Wells Fargo. Yet I can't access online banking without giving up my cell phone number. Why is this so important? I don't care to get all the spam texts thank you. What a crappy bank. After this card is paid off, I will never do business with Wells Fargo again!

Avoid this location terrible customer service especially when you have a training associate shouldn't even be in customer very rude and unprofessional Took 3 people to look at my account and 48 mins to get my money for money that was posted into my account

Manager at this branch is beyond rude and unprofessional. Raggen the manager Told me the amount of money I wanted wouldn't happen because she would have to do too much to get said amount. Wells Fargo should fire this women before they lose even more customers.
