I would give 0 stars if I could. Neenah PD had my vehicle towed here after an accident. I called Expert and was told my vehicle was stored in Oshkosh. Then my shop called and Expert told my shop it was in Neenah. I called a second time and couldn't get a straight answer where my car was. Also had to pay over $260 to get it out after it was there for less than 4 hours.

My brother just passed away this past week and these guys towed his car. They refuse to give my nephew his dad's keys. The kid has to go in and out through the garage. Meanwhile charging $75/day. Unbelievable. These guys should be ashamed. From looking at other reviews, I'm not surprised.

Do not give this j*** your business. I parked on the side of his lot after hours for 30 min to let my boys fish, he towed my car and made me pay $90 to get it back. Where's your community kindness? Do not support this business, we can do better!

Do Not Use this towing company! A family member had a medical emergency while driving and the police department had the vehicle towed to Expert Towing. We needed to get the medications from the vehicle and this company charged us $50.00 for the employee to walk from his house 75 feet or less away from the gate to open the gate to get the medication from the car, because it was "after Hours". They also charged an Admin Fee of 50.00 & a release fee of 25.00. We did not chose to use this company the police department had the vehicle towed before we were allowed to make that decision ourselves or even get to the location of the vehicle. What a racket! I would give this company 0 stars!!Service: Car towing

Had my vehicle towed not even a mile and the driver claimed to be having a “long day.” After being towed to the new location, there was damage done to the vehicle and parts had fallen off of my car. When I called and spoke with the owner he was disrespectful, rude and degrading. When I asked how this was going to get resolved, he laughed. He refused to take ownership even though I had pictures of before the tow and after the tow. Definitely would not recommend EVER doing business with this company.Service: Car towing

My mom was in an accident last week and needed a new car ASAP. We were able to test drive a car at Expert on Monday and paid for it today. Excellent, quick service at a reasonable price, especially given the currently insane car market. Thanks, Mike, for making my mom's accident headache a lot easier!
