Do not get your prescriptions sent here- go anywhere else!!! I had to get a renewal of a prescription and my doctor sent it in over a week ago. Luckily I had a few dosages left so when I received a notification that the refill was delayed, it was still alright. Today I received a call saying that the pharmacy is now closed!!! I just tried cancelling my prescription so I could get it elsewhere, and now Walgreens is saying I have no refills left! I guess it’s back to the doctors to get another renewal- I’m now down to my last pill! These pills are crucial to mine and my unborn child’s health! Also if they are open, they are closed on weekends and only open from 9-6 M-F, which is a little inconvenient if you work a full time job. They also do not answer their phone when open either- when I tried to call and ask about the hold up of my medication, I was on hold for over 20 minutes so I hung up.
Save yourself some time and find a pharmacy that is actually open and actually care!

Short staffed...came to pick up prescription that I was texted was ready, and, of course, it's NOT. So I'm now waiting 15-20 min for it. This Commercial Street Neenah location should just close down. Gets worse and worse....

Prescriptions ordered through Walgreens app are literally never ready by the time app says. I usually wait an extra day before picking up and at least half of the time they're still not in. The latest order is on the third day past what the app said and still not ready. This will be the last prescription I fill here. It's little wonder why Walgreens is talking about closing stores nation wide.

Worst pharmacy ive ever experienced, and it wasnt even me who experienced it. Multiple doctors told my partner that her prescription, Naproxen (an over the counter drug) was ready to go. We arrive at the pharmacy while my partner is in nearly debilitating pain and we find out that not only is her prescription not ready after 2 days, but they dont even have the dose, and had to move the order to a different pharmacy. Either they are completely incompetent, or Naproxen suddenly got reeeally hard to order.

I am not sure why you are no longer open on the weekends for picking up prescriptions but it is frustrating and ridiculous. According to your online thing I can't get my prescriptions refilled that I need tomorrow and I can't talk to anybody today? Are you kidding me? Does pharmacy is gone so downhill. I might have to change.

So there was a sign saying walk in flu shots available which I thought was great and there was no one in the store they said you need to make am appointment I said there was a sign stating walk in welcome they said things have changed since civil that's been 3 years why is the sign still up? I wasted 20 minutes of my time plus the drive and gas and they have me a number that didn't even work I'm unhappy with how I was treated I'm unhappy I was given a phine number that don't work and I feel like they just didn't want to do there job and it left me with a sour attitude

Wrote a 1 star review for a product I didn't like because it contains an ingredient I don't like, and they rejected my review. This means that all customer ratings on their website are fake, since they can remove whatever reviews they don't like.
