Spoke to a tech over the phone to get a prescription transferred over, and said tech basically said they’re too lazy to call my other pharmacy for me. What’s the point of having the option to do it online when they’re not gonna bother to do work they’re getting paid to do.

Why did they feel the need to announce my medicine and what it’s for even though I asked them not to? Some people want privacy and it’s a small space. Next time I’m having music prepared if you are going to be mean to me.

Needed a prescription filled and have been told that they will not be getting the prescription til 2 weeks. It is now going on 4 weeks. Finally found another pharmacy to fill the order and was refused to cooperate with the request to transfer the prescription over to the other pharmacy. Was told that the other pharmacy was suppose to communicate with Walgreens for the request. Upon the communication that was had, from pharmacy to pharmacy, it still was refused to be sent by Walgreens! Called another Walgreens and they happily worked with us to get the information sent over to a fulfill the prescription. Was told they get daily shipments which I interpreted as they probably got the medication decided not to fill the request. Big shout out to the Walgreens that DID share our concern instead of constantly putting up road blocks and giving us the run around.

0 stars! I NEVER write reviews but couldn’t pass on the opportunity to write this one because of how disappointed I am in Walgreens. This review is based solely on the Walgreens on Westowne Road in Neenah. This Walgreens location used to be great! I did business with them for over 15 years and had 0 complaints. However, over the last few months, they’ve hired some very rude, inconsiderate staff who don’t know how to give accurate information to patients…small things that add up. For example, telling a patient when a script will be ready or what’s available in inventory has become a guessing game instead of actually looking into it. With all of the pharmaceutical shortages lately, it’s critical patients can track this info down, so they know where to have their doctor send their prescriptions and an accurate time the patient can pick up said medications. It’s truly an unfortunate situation because they were so great to work with before the end of last year. They were honest and clear when they were out of medication and when it would be restocked. I understand we live in a new normal now but when you give someone your word and can’t even stick by that, there are clearly problems. It’s one thing to not have prescriptions ready by a promised time, especially when I’m traveling on a plane later that day (and confirmed with the pharmacy with 2 separate calls morning of) but a completely different issue when they continue hiring rude, unhelpful staff that are very sarcastic. The short blonde hair pharmacy technician who’s always decked out in full blue scrubs is the worst. Her tone with me clearly is representative of how frustrated she is in her job and the staffing issues the pharmacy is experiencing. Might be time to find a new job for you! You clearly should not be in the service industry…too stressful for you. It’s not my fault that I show up to pick up prescriptions when you told me they’d be ready. Understand you’re busy and dealing with staffing issues but it’s completely unacceptable to me that when a patient needs his/her medication, you chose to convey a negative attitude. I realize it’s difficult for you to keep your word. It’s a tough thing to do.
I will be spreading the word on this as strongly as I can. I’ve NEVER seen a business go from providing such great service to such awful service in such a short amount of time. So unfortunate for loyal Walgreens customers. More importantly, the short hair blond technician is classless.
I hope this helps as you try to decide if you want to do business with this specific location. Happy to share additional details with anyone that would like them.
And don’t get me started on the new hours. Not open on weekends??? How is that even remotely possible? Most of us work full time jobs…not giving us full time workers many options to be able to pick up the meds, assuming you have them when you say you do. And closing at 6:00?

Pharmacy was suddenly closed today July 30th 2022 for no reason. Maybe inform your customers ahead of time because it's supposed to be open according to YOUR hours. A piece of paper printed out hastily on your door is very unprofessional for a pharmacy. And at least have some back up plans to keep it open. Good grief.

Stay away from this pharmacy, dealt with Tina twice. Sum it up she is extremely rude, too busy to work with customers and blows you off . Instead of fixing the issue with medications, you are shoved to the side and she moves on to the next customer. Filed with corporate office. Seems many complaints already.on her.. Will be changing pharmacies elsewhere.

I had a “bad” 8x10 picture printed at a different Walgreens location. So last night I called the location close to my house (Westowne Dr, Neenah) to see if they could still print me a new one as this was to be for a Christmas present. The girl working was “Angela” & she was so helpful & assisted me with everything. Very pleasant girl, she went above & beyond to help me get this photo printed correctly. More places need employees like her.

I don’t even know how to explain this in one paragraph, so I will sum it up quickly by saying that something fishy went on refilling my daughter’s ADHD medication and it took quite a lot of effort to get it fixed. After four days, multiple phone calls and waiting in the store for an hour we finally got the pharmacy to fix the issue. They never apologized or admitted they screwed up. They didn’t even offer solutions to the problem until I started to cry after becoming very frustrated, they just kept stating policy. I do not care what their protocol is or how a pharmacy works, I just want the correct medication for my child with the correct dosage. It terrifies me what could have happened to my kid. I’m glad I noticed the pills didn’t look right, but we will not be filling anymore prescriptions here. It’s not worth the risk of getting the wrong medication and dosage again.
