Wouldn't deliver my package. Went to the post office to find out why and get my mail. Still don't have my package but was told they wouldn't deliver it because I have dogs.

You advertise your business is open until 8 pm! I came before 7 pm and you were not in fact open. That's not a good look for a Government run post office, especially when people have important documents to send out.

I just had an exceptional USPS delivery person bring my package and mail to the door instead of stuffing it in our mailbox across the street. They saw me sitting by the door and handed it to me. They were very friendly yet professional, and quickly continued their route. Since so many of us are quick to post complaints I think we should also post compliments.

With the lack of people working now a days, I'm seeing my residence being delivered only a couple of times a week. 1 day no-one delivers mail and the next day a hand full of mail. And as far as delivering packages, we are on their time schedule. I have 8 items that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and I'm still waiting. U-nreliable S-low P-ackage S-ervice! And they wonder why they are in debt and no one wants to use them!!

More than once a package is shown as delivered, but it's NOT!! My order says delivered September 9 - today is the 12th and still no delivery. Also, very often my USPS daily delivery email shows what's supposed to be in my mailbox, but it usually takes several days for it to show up. WHAT GIVES?!

You folks are awesome!!! Thank you for helping me out with getting my packages together and sending them off to my family and friends!!! I really hadn't mailed out packages a lot and you folks walked me through it!! Even with the pandemic of Covid-19 you folks were so helpful and nice.

Something is definitely wrong at the Neenah Post Office. For the third time in 2 years my outgoing mail has disappeared into the USPS black hole. This last time they said without a tracking number nothing can be done. In the past they at least put up signs that said they were not responsible for late payment fees.Incoming mail is not much better, even with the senders tracking number they lose and cannot find it.Stop using the Neenah Post Office for anything but junk mail!

Wow Neenah USPS, very VERY dissapointing!!! I was suppose to get a package on Monday (Today is Wednesday) because tracking says it was at the post office already waiting SINCE Friday, when I shipped as Priority on last Tuesday morning! Then on the following next Tuesday evening I saw the USPS truck across the street, I was excited to finally receive my package. But guess what, I came back outside and found nothing. I went and complained to USPS I'm tired of waiting and askes them to show me my package because I've been waiting for 6 days when it should've arrived on Saturday or Monday! I showed them the tracking history, and they had my Package SINCE FRIDAY! Why ya so freakn slow bro!! They looked it up and it says arrived at the delivered address already on Tuesday Evening. I was so confused and they thought I was freakn lying. Ya attitude are rude as hell, no wonder ya have SUCH LOW rating by your own locals. I respect all workers' day cus they all have their bad times, but the way ya treat us right away is a no good everytime I come by! I noticed how super slow ya ignored some packages too, especially 2-3days priority ones! I understand it is not guranteed 2-3day priority shipping and excludes weekend, but considering how long ya hold my package, I'm done with ya! And when I got home yesterday, turns out ya sent it to the WRONG address. Sent to the house acrossed me and had apologized to the neighbor's kids cus they happened to open my package cus their grandma don't read very well she thought it was for the kids. So embarrassing USPS, made a neighbor's feel embarrassed too cus ya made a slow and simple mistake. Sent on Tuesday early, should've been arrived on Saturday or Monday. But no, ya were HOLDING my package since friday night in transit! And I live only 5min away! Made me wait unnecessarily longer just cus ya be holding onto my package for twice as long! Slow local post office...

I order a lot online. Every time I get a shipment sent to me USPS, I know I can expect my package to be late, lost or broken. I have a package that was supposed to deliver today by 8 pm according to tracking. Here I sit at 9:33 with no package. Yet, the USPS website assures me that my package will still arrive today, an hour and a half ago. The USPS tracking os horeible. Given the option, I will always pay extra to ship UPS or FedEx. Update: It is now the next morning and USPS tracking tells me that my package is "moving within the system and on its way to the next facility" with no location or arrival date listed anymore. The last known location was Pittsburgh 2 days ago. It started in Michigan and is coming to Wisconsin. Update: Been another 2 days. I got a notice yesterday that my package mafe it to Chicago. Got a notice today that it is in transit and will arrive late. How late? I don't know. They have decided not to attempt a delivery prediction, just an assurance that it is "on its way". Good thing it was sent priority. Final update. My package has been delivered. 7 days for priority mail to get from Kalamazoo, MI to Neenah, WI. Only 4 days past the initial delivery date. Way to go USPS.

This post office sucks. Went to send a package back in my own envelope without the return address label affixed because I wanted to find out if it would be cheaper to use my envelope or one of the priority options. When I asked the lady behind the counter she said one is cheaper and I would have to affix the label to the envelope. I asked if she had some tape. She replied she did not and I can purchase a roll. I said "you don't have any tape?" She offered again for me to purchase otherwise I can send priority and use THAT tape. I replied, "I'm not buying tape. I will go home and get some tape. I'm not coming back here because I'm on the other side of town." She offered a sharpie to write the address on there, but it has a barcode to scan so that would not work. You suck Post Office on Franklin street! A couple pieces of tape?? Geesh!
