“I mostly worked with Mike. Mike went above and beyond with communication, honesty, and flexibility. Took my car over there and unfortunately the car ended up having to be junked, but I am more than thankful I took it to this shop and had the chance to work with Mike on trying to get the car up and running again. Mike made sure to keep me informed with what was going on, and also was willing to work with me on making sure we did our best to get the car working again. So so grateful to Mike and everybody at the shop for doing what they could and letting me know when there was nothing more to be done! Best experience I’ve had at an auto shop!”

“I was not a customer of firestone- but will be. They took the time to evaluate the TPMS system in my older Toyota. They recalibrate, then I reset the TPMS button and after a weekend of driving not knowing if I had an issue, it is working. The company that installed 2 new TPMS monitors did not do the recalibrations-even after 3 repeated visits in one day!”
