I like the store and the staff, but the prices!!!
Caveat Emptor!
On January 9, 2024 I spent $22.05 on FOUR ounces of tea in a can repainted black, and with "O'Paddy...etc. on it !!!
I found the price shocking!
Although, I suppose -- prices are what the market can bear....

I would have given it 5 stars but the judgement that you feel coming into a boutique like this I had felt. I came into the boutique in my work clothes & yes I work in a factory but because I'm not your average upity customer doesn't mean I don't have money. I kinda felt outta place with the treatment I received. Little do they know my 1 paycheck probably equals there months paycheck. You can never judge a book by its cover is the truest statement. But then again down town Neenah has a stereotype ? IDK maybe its me being sensitive but you notice individuals pay attention to others who meet there stereotype

I have been going to The Natural Boutique for many years and absolutely love it there. They are my resource for teas, esstential oils, and so much more. You always receive a welcoming greeting by the wonderful staff. You are offered a cup of tea to enjoy while shopping, and they are a wealth of knowledge. I have also taken advantage of their classes and always leave feeling inspired and empowered. The staff treats you like family.

Love this place! If you are stressed or not...going here will brighten up your mood. I knew Sandy since I was a teenager. :) It's so awesome that she has her own store in my childhood city. Will be stopping by more often. It's worth the trip coming from kimberly.

I can't say enough about the gals at the Natural Boutique in Neenah. Everytime I go in, they are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I get gifts there and shop for myself, too. Today they helped me choose a special blanket for our old puppy to help keep him comfy and they shared their personal testimonial which was touching. They sweetly wrapped my items and were so kind. I highly recommend stopping in for natural household and beauty products, organic teas and essential oils. I have no doubt that it will be a special experience.

I’ve been shopping here since their other location across town, and have always had a very pleasant experience. Recently I was looking for a specific product that I needed next day. They were sold out of it and were awaiting a shipment, but since I needed it ASAP I couldn’t get it through them. I’m writing this review to say thank you so much to Sandy who gave me a recommendation of a different store who she thought may have it in stock currently. I called them and they did indeed! I think that demonstrates really great customer service as well as just being a good human. Thanks again!! Looking forward to shopping there again the future to support your business.
