For almost 2 weeks I've been trying to talk to someone there about a donation. No one ever picks up the phone. No one but one time ever called me back. Unfortunately I missed her call. I'd like to make a donation but need to rent a trailer to make it happen. I'm beyond frustrated. If someone would just pick up the phone it would be nice.

You guys need to realize that the cheap, offensive, gaudy little stickers you put on your products will ruin certain things, such as book covers, since they are absolutely impossible to remove. Maybe consider using a higher quality sticker that we can peel off.

I was a highly appreciated volunteer cashier for quite some time at this location and Nina and I needed some time off during the covid-19 pandemic I filled out notes gave them for the volunteer coordinator that was at the store at the time and now I've been treated very unfairly trying to get back in and returning to my current status on previous status of a highly

Volunteered here for over a year. It was great I'd come in once a week do good work and meet some really nice people. Until one day I decided to build this shoe box castle thing as a joke try and lighten the mood ya know. Everyone thought it was funny at first until the store manager told me to take it down. I said I will just give me a min. He then precedes to come back very aggressively telling me to take it down in 5 minutes or else. This made me very scared so as fast as I possibly could I took it down. I messed up I shouldn't have been goofing off I'll admit it. This was the first time I'd ever done something like that. The volunteer coordinator then comes out and says "your time with us is done here" "you have to go now" I ask why and she says someone told her I called the store manager a name. I said I didn't but it didn't matter. I started to bawl my eyes out I really enjoyed volunteering there and I thought I was part of their community. But I guess it didn't mean as much to them as It did to me. My dad drove me there I called him but he wouldn't pick up so I had to walk home in the cold wearing shorts. It really messed me up I was quiet but always nice to everyone. Later we made amends but it wasn't the same. I didn't feel welcome anymore. Other then that whole ordeal it's a great place to volunteer and there's a lot of nice people who work there

They are NOT ALLOWING ANYONE in their store with out a facemask, even though a person has sever medical condition where they cannot handle any thing near their face. They do not plan on changing this policy for the for seeable future. Oh well,at least they are "protecting" those who volunteer there.

This store was great. The prices were as expected and weren't too outrageous. Everything was organized, for the most part. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. We will be returning soon!
