“This store was a big help for me at the Air venture 2024 Airshow. I was able to have two models boxed up and packed with care. The packages got to my house when they said it would. I am very happy and will use this store again if they come to Air-Venture.The staff were very helpful and very friendly and polite.”

Brent took such amazing personal care of this item it was amazing. He double wrapped with bubble protection and took exceptional care to find the right box. “Absolutely wonderful group of folks! A cloudburst happened right as I was coming inside, and while there was a rush of customers they took care of everyone super quickly. I had a sort of difficult Amazon return but they have a service where you can pay for the Amazon label printed out! I don’t have a printer so that helped me out so much. “A great staff, I missed my package after not being home to sign for it, so the receptionist or manager? allowed me extra time after the expiration date that they are allowed to hold a package for me to have time to get a ride to get over there by the airport and then get my overdue package, which I appreciated very much, as I didnt expect them to do that for me or anyone.”
