To save others a trip. Sephora giftcards do not work at this Khols Sephora in Neenah, WI. It has to be Khol's Sephora gift card. Even though, it looks the same as the regular Sephora giftcards. ?♀️ The staff weren't helpful and not as friendly. All the times I've gone, never did a staff member asked if I need help or got a friendly vibe from the staff. I definitely won't be purchasing from this Sephora unless it's a makeup emergency.

I love Sephora but while shopping today I was harassed and followed by a tall worker lady with short hair everywhere I went she followed us and continued to stare at us when we said we didn’t need help I ended up checking up and leaving because I was made to feel so uncomfortableI’ve never stolen anything in my life and shouldnt of been made to feel like I wouldI couldn’t even go down an alley without her stopping and getting in our way preventing us from shoppingWe are pregnant and have better things to do then steal makeup

The two ladies working tonight when I went in were so helpful!! Both adorably friendly and kind and helped me find what I was looking for and more! One even found me a gift set to help save money vs just buying the regular full size and both were super personable and just seemed genuinely nice and interested in helping me! I’m excited to go back again, as I haven’t been to kohls in years!

Claiming due to Covid, they couldn't adjust the band of the watch I bought from Kohls this week. Yet the dentist is open and I have new glasses that the optical is willing to adjust. Ludicrous!

I found this to be a nice, clean, well lit Kohl's with friendly competent service. I got a discount for dropping off an Amazon return, and that by itself was very convenient. Judging by the older reviews and what I experienced they've cleaned up their act here. Very conveniently located off of the Interstate.
