SERIOUSLY AVOID! Service was friendly, but here's the reason for the 2 stars... Ive got a 2011 Ford F-150 5.0 that takes 7.7qts for an oil change, I know I'm gonna pay a little extra than the rest to get that done and that's fine. But I've been going to Car-X for months, they charge me $30 on the dot for not only an oil change but a tire rotation, full inspection and some fluids like coolant top offs, $30. Wanna know what Pioneer charged me. $128. Literally more than 4 times the price. And maybe you're thinking oh well I was giving the "good" synthetic oil from Pioneer, nope Car-X also gives me synthetic so what the hell is the $128 about? Car-X also does a walk around with me to show me what I need to watch out for and what might need changing soon. Doesn't charge me extra for it. $84 for just the oil change on Pioneer's bill. Then $44 extra for taxes and disposal and fluid top off. AVOID.

I'm from out of town and they helped me with a minor emergency at no charge, except for the little bit of coolant I needed. Very happy I stopped there.

I have been going here for years, and yes I pay a little extra for actual technicians to service my vehicles! Its an important aspect of owning a vehicle! These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.
