Fruit and veggies are always on the border of expiration, expect your fruit to be molding in a day or two after purchase.
Generally more expensive than other places and the WORST OFFENDER is they almost always have just one register open, expecting you to do self checkout.
Self check is fine for small stuff but this Kroger, one of the largest grocery chains in the US and they can't figure out how to keep 2 registers open at
530pm on Friday.
When I ask about it the 4+ middle managers standing around the self check out to ensure no one steals seems baffled at the concept.
Only reason I go is because I like de cecco pasta brand and the to-go yogurts for my 3 year old

The manager discriminated against my disability because I walked into the store she assumed I didn’t have a disability and when I went for the driveable cart she yelled at me through the doors & said “THAT IS FOR PEOPLE THAT CANT WALK”! If I ever go back in there I will get her name! Everytime I’ve bought fruit or vegetables from this establishment even cheese it’s rotten within a couple days which is why I shop at festival foods now! Terrible establishment! I wish I could give 0 stars!

Employee asked me for identification for my service dog. I let them know that it is illegal to ask me for that and they continued to argue with me. Awful experience.

Giving this Pick n Save a 5-star review thanks to "Sherry" (not sure on spelling), one of their managers. She is fantastic! Reached out with a complaint about one of their employees, and Sherry was phenomenal with how she handled my concerns. She is a great resource who was extremely helpful!

Just left this location at 4:30pm today to pick up some soup and freshly cooked chicken from the Deli. Soup bar was already shut down and all that was left in the hot food case was some old, burned macaroni and cheese. So I went over to the one on green bay road and they had already shut the whole case down there was zero hot food. Guess I will be going to Festival Foods from now on.

Went in and half the self check out lines were out of order... The other half were blinking that they were waiting for an associate and no open human checkouts.The associates kept waiting back and forth not helping anyone. There was a man that I assume was management telling customers "I would like to help you but I don't have codes". This place is a JOKE

Bad customer service. I filled out their survey on the receipt and asked for a phone call to discuss the matter, but no one has called and it's been two weeks. They don't care in the building and they don't care to call you either.

I went and we didn't know something so we asked for help and the women that worked there didn't know and so rude about it . So she got her manger and she was even ruder to us and was getting in my so rudely. Terrible service and workers.
