I have been trying to close a HELOC for 2 months. Started the process at the end of April. As of the date of this review, June 21, 2023, I still have not received documentation that it has been satisfied. I have been on the phone a number of times with the corporate number, I've visited two different branches for help to no avail. Very poor customer service, very slow processes, would never recommend.

I’ve been frustrated with this bank ever since they changed from Anchor Bank. My auto bill payments failed since then, I was (and still am) being assessed late fees when auto payments don’t go through/expire without notice, it takes forever to make a simple deposit, I’ve been questioned twice now about making a cash deposit over $3000 (not sure it’s legal for them to even ASK but they do), and customer service is HORRIBLE! I’m going to move my mortgage so I don’t have to deal with such horrible service.

This Old National Bank in Neenah, WI is the best to deal with. The staff is amazing! I had issues with my bank account and Patrick at this location was fantastic. He helped me with my issues right away. I will only go to this location from now on. Fantastic staff. Keep up the good work.

Closed on Saturdays. Thanks for only being open during the hours with which everyone works. And closed on Saturdays. Super convenient. This way when I'm forced to use PTO at work at least I get a lollipop out of it. Thanks Old National Bank, not only do I get to pay you twice the value of my house, but now it's also incredibly inconvenient to do. A+ work dummies.

As a 4 year customer, I can't say enough about the people and the service you receive at this branch..... I mean, these folks really care about you. They remember ur name and give 100% to you and your issues. I really love this branch and if it had beer taps on the counter, you know i'd be in there everyday! Just kiddin!!!!!

On several occasions these people have gone out of there way to help us. Very personable. Minus one star for - had one time when applying for a loan that they wouldn't let me see my credit report.
