I had my brakes done I believe in January of this year, and needless to say I'm severely disappointed.
For it being 6 months after having a so called "complete brake job" and being charged 400 dollars, my dad's friend came and took a look at my brakes due to a metal on metal.sound, I have no back brakes.
They're severely old and worn, and if they were new I don't think they would've got shot that fast.
Never really had an issue coming here before, but I don't think they were honest when they claimed they did my brakes.

Ben runs this shop like an old school repair shop. He's knowledgeable, ethical, fair and the value of all that vs his labor rates make him a rare breed compared to todays corporate run repair and dealership shop.He's one of the few mechanics I let wrench on my vehicles (Audi Q5, Acura ILX,) when a repair is beyond my abilities (or frustration level...lol.) I'm very picky about who does my work. It needs to be done to a higher "standard," than I would myself. Ben accomplishes this.

So thankful I remembered someone suggesting this place. Above and beyond excellent! Including ease of making appointment, fast service for an oil change and a free car wash included. Won't go anywhere else for vehicle maintenance.

I love Neenah Standard. They are on time, polite and very respectful. They looked at my car for free, diagnosed the problem, and went from there. I highly recommend them for anything.
