Brought in dryer to the store to get fixed. Looked at it, told us what was wrong. We said we would pay to get it fixed bc we wanted to keep our same dryer and not buy one he already had that he wanted us to buy. Refused to fix ours even though he said it was doable and charged $168 for 1.5 hours of looking at it. ***update: had someone else come look at it bc les left everything on the inside all a apart when he gave it back. He took our belt and left one that didn’t fit. So we have to pay for a new one of that too when that wasn’t even the problem to begin with. Highly recommend using Mr. Appliance instead!!

The washing machine had not worked since day one it will twist into knots any load you put in it. The delicate cycle fills the tub up and just sits there, you have to turn the dial to drain? my husband had complained numerous times and got every excuse imaginable. Les’ service guy came out (finally) and finally agreed that yes this machine does not work! So my husband had to haul the washing machine back and yes I still have no washer and out $600.00. According to Les, he would not refund any money anymore (because he is 83 years old you know????) he did agree to fix it and charge us 1/2 the cost to fix it!!! I cannot believe this guy is operating a business - I DO NOT recommend his business to anyone????

We've bought a few things here and weren't disappointed. Great prices and service didn't feel pressured at all. Also, they offer delivery, house calls and before you leave they'll test the machines. They even offer to let you use their moving vehicles and dollies to save more money and time. 10/10 recommend. They've got great selection of household appliances and furniture.

A very nice gentleman. Very reasonable person to deal with and get affordable furniture. I myself purchased a mattress on this particular visit. I was very satisfied and highly recommended visiting here to browse the selection of furniture and home appliances if in need.

Recently purchased used washer & dryer, Les was great with not only very prompt delivery but making arrangements for timely adaptations to pre-existing set up for hooking up the appliances. I firmly believe in shopping local, small businesses and was pleased with his prices/service so returned within a week to buy a mattress & box spring.
