I called and got in for an appointment for an interior detailing. I requested that the dash, radio, venting, windshield, etc be cleaned out due to puke being splattered all on the front of it. John stated to drop off no later than 9:30am and that he would call me when it was ready to be picked up. My vehicle was dropped off.. 4pm rolled around and I still hadn’t received a call if my vehicle was done. I called to check on the status of it, he cleared me to come pick it up. I noticed right away that the venting by the window still had quite a bit of puke showing. He apologized and said he didn’t see it from the angle he was at whole cleaning and got something to clean it up. I noticed puke was still dried on parts of the knobs in the front, venting, CD player, and center counsel. Price was okay but wouldn’t recommend this company due to a decent amount of spots I noticed that still hadn’t been cleaned. I went to the store grab a tooth brush and awesome from the store... exactly what he used to clean up the the venting I noticed when I arrive there to pick up...

Where do I even start? I purchased my 2007 Honda Accord in July of 2016. It was a one owner car and it looked brand new. Since I have owned this car it has gone back and forth across the country and it has seen better days. I was referred to J&J Detailing. I brought it in and the results are nothing less than amazing. This car looks like it did the day I purchased it. Perfect. I would highly recommend J&J Detailing. Down to earth, professional, and reasonably priced. Thank you

Originally would have given 1 star but the owner John made it right by not charging me, even tho he did storm off unprofessionally afterwards. I assume he was embarrassed by the quality of work in which was pointed out to him upon reviewing my detailed vehicle. He came out with a spray bottle and even tried wiping away some of the spots before we left...you think you would double check your work when finished. You get what you pay for here, many cut corners and quick work I could have done myself. Left here feeling like we still needed to get the car detailed. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

I accidentally left my window open and it rained inside my car. I called and they picked up my car 4 hours later and dried it out for me! Talk about service. They also cleaned my car inside and out. It's beautiful and I know the life of my car has been extended. Highly recommended!

Outstanding job! We were very satisfied. J&J picked up my wife's car at her place of work and returned it to the same location. We bought this car used, and after J&J the car was significantly cleaner and better looking than when we bought if from the dealer. Highly recommend this place of business.

Excellent job on cleaning car at a reasonable price, they even had a shuttle service so I didn't have to wait while the car was detailed. Overall a good experience. D
