Arrived on time. Kept us up to date on the status of our furnace order. Walked us through the process. Provided heaters so we stayed warm while the furnace was out. Very friendly and professional.

Heat stopped working. Was told by Jack Kiefer Heating & Air that entire furnace needed to be replaced. After watching a couple youtube videos, turned out all I needed was to replace a $3 pressure switch hose that was cracked. Works great now. Be very aware that you may be cheated by this company.

Air conditioning went out on me. I got a timely response and technician out to take a look. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and looking for. They where not just trying to get my AC running, but to fix and get the unit running more efficiently than before. We will definitely be using there services in the future.

I live in waupaca so i didnt know who to call in the appleton area for HVAC. I gave jack kiefer a shot based on reviews to replace the furnace in my daughters house. I was very pleased. I have friends in the business in waupaca so i know a good job from a "ok" job, and i was happy. Fair price, showed up on time, job was completed end of story. Jacks wife runs the office jack runs the shop "family business". They are my go to people in appleton area...they will treat you right....it actually matters to them that you are happy with thier work.
