Great selection of trailers to choose from. Knowledge, nice guys to talk to. Wish they would have pulled my cargo trailer up front and out of the snow for when I came to pick it up but that’s no big deal. I’ll be back this summer to buy a utility trailer!

I am not sure how others gave this outfit so many good reviews. The Manager knew that I was coming on Saturday to pickup the trailer and that I needed a new 2 5/16" ball and hitch with the proper drop. Well, he was not there and the two employees present had no knowledge nor experience sizing for a hitch. I paid by check and they needed to wait for the check to clear before issuing title. The check cleared the bank 11 days ago and I don't think they processed the title yet. I left a message two days ago for a return call and had to call again to ask the status on the title. Good enough price, good enough selection on the lot. But not much in the way of customer service or follow through.

Steve & AnnWe recently purchased a trailer from I-41 Trailer Center, I talked with Jasonover the phone about the unit I was looking for, he was very knowledgeableabout the unit I needed and very easy to talk to so I purchased the unit overthe phone. When we went to pick it up Jason and Heidi were so helpful and courteous I couldn't have chosen a better place to deal with.If anyone needs a trailer I would greatly suggest they work with Jasonand Heidi at I-41.
