“This is like the PERFECT place! And I do not say that often. Room is super clean and you can tell they took their time putting this place together. A lot of places have messed up trim and paint jobs, THIS place is nice. And the gentleman that checked us in was quick to help. Not a crazy busy location so walking around was nice. Will definitely come back again when in the area.”

“This motel is a great motel ive stayed here 2 times just this last time was spotty.told them at checkin in about my support catand all was good charged me 25 deposit and checked outnext day only to get charges put on card because cleaning said there was litter on floor and they dont allow cats.i told them they allowed the cat at checkin when i told them.that was on them.then i told them when i went into room i video the room and when i checked out did same .told them i also wiped and cleaned room better thàn i received .the toilet was stopped up and i unclogedit without bothering them.im not putting them down but putting a simple note document all stays it will help prove your case .”

“With it being located inside of Mad Apple it was the perfect hotel sport for my birthday. I had 8 friends and 2 rooms that were conjoined and hosted a great birthday party at Clarion. The hot tub was busy most of the night but after 9pm all the kids cleared out and the tub opened up. The breakfast was also very plentiful with buffet style being inside of Mad Apple.Rooms: If possible try and snag a pool side room. They were around $150 a room but very much worth it.Nearby activities: Mad Apple is right next store, and has a great selection of food and drinks!Walkability: Not too far from downtown Appleton, it would be a cheap Uber ride.”
“Very nice room at good price. Breakfast only ok, but nourishing breakfast nonetheless. Housekeeping staff very pleasant. Kadil (sp.) at front desk one day and breakfast room the next, was kind and helpful.”
“Great experience. All the staff I had interactions with were kind & helpful. It was a very clean & spacious room, the bed truly was like sleeping on a cloud! Full blackout shades on the windows thankfully.Typical free breakfast spread. *Most of the restaurants in the immediate area have gone out of business, this lead to me having to purchase snacks upon check in as there wasn't anywhere to eat. Grateful for the microwave in the room!”

“The room was fine. Location was fine. Folks working here are nice enough. Paid more than double the normal rate to stay at a mediocre hotel, but it was a home game weekend for the Packers, so supply and demand...What isn't fine is that I was charged for my room stay on Saturday, which has already cleared, but still have a "pre-authorization" for the same amount that started today (Tuesday). A pre-authorization shouldn't need to occur after my stay has already happened, and is not a problem that I have encountered at any other hotel I have stayed at. A pre-authorization should hold the funds, and then turn into a charge when the stay is completed.More frustrating, in trying to figure out why I had an extra pending charge, I called the hotel 3 times and nobody picked up. I tried calling the IHG main line, only to be told that they would pass along my concern to the hotel.There are plenty of other places to stay in the area. I'll pick a different one next time.”

“It’s a nice hotel to stay in. The rooms were very comfy. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and soaps. There was an issue with checking in and later that night someone came into my room who was also given a key to my room. They went back to the front desk and they sorted it out, but still very unprofessional. Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay at and I’d stay here again.”
“Clean and comfortable. It's no frills but all you need for a good night sleep is there. Fridge in room was nice. Good location close to food and shopping.Rooms: Rooms basic but clean. Coffee maker fridge. Tv was average with good Chanel selectionFood & drinks: Freddy's and Panda Express across the divided road.Noteworthy details: This is not a fancy place. It's a budget friendly average hotel. Simply basic free breakfast. Toast cereal bagels.”

“This is a Packers game day 4 star. If this was an average room in a town that isn't used for lodging after Packers games, I'd probably give it 2 stars. The toilet was ready to fall off. The TV box had been stolen so the TV was pointless. And they only gave us one towel. I've definitely dealt with worse for lodging in that area. People get to a whole new level of drunk during those games so the fact it had all 4 walls was a huge plus.”
