I only visit FF on rare occasions. Other local grocery stores are my fave. Visited FF again for a couple things and it reminded me why I shop elsewhere 98% of the time. The prices are so much higher on everything I needed. Noticeably higher, mind you. Nice store, nice selection....but man you pay for it!

Thought we don't have a lot of choices, Festival is the clear leader for grocery stores in Neenah. It's basically Festival, Pick N Save and Walmart. And Aldi's, but I consider Aldi's more of a speciality grocery and not on the same level as a full grocery store.Overall festival does the nice job:Pros:Good selectionGluten free and speciality diet itemsFresh meats and seafood (good quality)Cons:Pricing is on the high side, sometimes much higher than other storesOrganic produce is somewhat limited and doesn't seem to sell fast enough at this store and isn't always as fresh as one would hope. (I've had to take organic things back twice that we realized were spoiled once we got home, they had no problems refunding, but it's a pain).Overall I like this store a lot and a lot of the limitations with organic stuff is due to the fact it just doesn't sell well enough in this market yet.

Shout out to Paul from the Deli Department for making excellent ham sandwiches and for keeping a clean area too! There looked like 2 managers in the back (one with a clipboard) that weren’t doing anything even though there was a rush at the deli counter. I walked past them and they didn’t even acknowledge me. Overall, would go back though! Thanks Paul!

Shop here regularly and like a lot about it even though many things are over priced, but twice now I've gotten deli "pre-cooked" breaded chicken tenders that were raw in the middle even after "reheating" much longer than the suggested instructions. That is just simply not acceptable and not safe!!!

The store is clean, bright, and well stocked. But, what puts this store above the rest is the employees. From the manager, Kurt, who is sincere and caring - to the employees around the store who are always pleasant and helpful. Well done! And much appreciated.
