Had a very long week with Chase bank, started 3-4 days ago 2-13/2-14 wherein which I was at urgent care with my girlfriend, upon leaving my card declines at a gas station while my car is on E; and come to behold a deposit I sent in directly from my mother to our account was “returned” leaving me with -4000 dollars. Upon finding out chase was immediately called, I spent an hour trying to get them to release the hold because the money never even had a chance to deposit into my account being “returned” so why am I -4000. Luckily we work it out the negative is at least gone. I’m assured it’ll be worked out over the weekend, come Monday the issues still persists. I’m now at a point wherein which my bills are lapsing and as a self employed worker I can’t continue to make money, because for me I need to purchase inventory. Back to chase who proceeds to tell us this will be fixed within the day, that never happens. Come Wednesday we went into a local branch Neenah. Aaron the manger assured us this would be taken care of Thursday or Friday morning at the latest. It in fact was once again not. Once again “returned” we called to speak with Aaron, but were specifically told “he’s in a meeting then will be leaving for the weekend.” Utter shock hits us then because now instead of having this corrected finally today after 4 days of waiting. I tell the current representative “in no way am I upset with you.” “But I have been jumping through the same exact hoops for 4 days now.” “This is either corrected today, or we lose 3 bank accounts to a different bank today.” Manager Aaron finally proceeds to pick up the phone, being unaware that I’m conferenced called begins to tell my mother that I was rude, yelling being terrible to staff etc etc, beyond didn’t happen; and your companies voice recordings will show that, he then decides to argue with me; and then threaten me with “I can make this really easy for you.” “Or I can make this really hard.”Seriously doubtful a manger especially over my finances should be speaking to a customer in this manner; and this will be escalated as well.None of my family will be banking with Chase Bank any longer.Every single time I’ve had checks needing to be deposited with Chase I’ve always had these same issues or hoops to jump through, genuine issues with this institution.Where you lack control over your own finances.Extremely happy your team; and Chase has a call log ❤️

I worked personally with Becky and Aaron and they did a fantastic job making me and my husband feel supported and heard when dealing with a unique situation. We loved working with them and were honestly so grateful to have been assisted by them.

Very disappointing. Penny “tossed” our forms back at us after deciding she could not help us without more paperwork brought in. When we returned with the paperwork, she made us wait before assisting. Guess since we weren’t a “Private Client” our business didn’t rate high enough for customer service .

I hope I'm not being too generous with four stars. Tammy is a nice teller. The other tellers are okay, too. There was one time, though where I spoke with a temporary manager named Aaron or Eric I believe. He was incredibly rude and had an ego the size of Texas. He refused to listen to my situation, refused to try and work with me and offer a solution, raised his voice at me and hypocritically accused me of constantly interrupting him . He was so rude, in fact, that I called customer service for help instead and they encouraged me to report him, which is what ended up happening. Good. I hope none of you have to deal with this guy's attitude. Maybe he'll learn.

Bank hours are 930 to 4pm. Not very convenient for the working class... The primary population you serve.
