“Upon check in, I needed a credit card even though I was paying in full with my debit card. Heather was patient while my husband came to the rescue! We weren’t flying, if we were flying we wouldn’t have needed a credit card.While cleaning out vehicle after our trip, my husband got a fishing lure hook in his finger…(we don’t fish.) they don’t clean these vehicles well.. so be careful. McKenzie was kind enough to take off the cost of one rental day for the injury.Thank you Heather and McKenzie for your knowledge and excellent service. “I have mixed reviews. The women who checked me out was very short, and not friendly as I asked questions. I rent all the time for work, and honestly was put back some.When I returned it there was a trainee, and the guy training and the person training were both very nice. The reason for the higher rating.”
“Service was good. One must note that they just have Chevy car models. Therefore a Chevy compact car may differ with other company compact cars. One I got when went to pick up was way small and had to change to a full size.”
