I really appreciate that they have non-ethanol 87 now. Super friendly.

Pump I used was faulty. Stopped mid transaction after only 4 gallons...maybe because of the rewards points...maybe because the pump computer is bad. Either way, hoping to get my fuel points back...

Tried to call. And no one knows how to use a phone there. And it's a mechanics shop?

Paid for gas in cash. Cashier pocketed $4 and told me I didn’t give him enough. Right to my face.

I would give this BP 0 stars if I could. This place should be ashamed of themselves for price gouging disabled people by offering "full service pumps" for 40 cents PER GALLON MORE.
I am not from the area, and I pulled up to a random pump (like I would any other gas station) and proceeded to start putting in my card to prepay. A guy came out YELLING at me because apparently I pulled up to a full service pump. I looked around for signage I must've missed (there were no clear signs).
I said, "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't know there were dedicated, specific full service pumps anymore in the year 2019" to which he responded VERY rudely - "well you're at one, and its 40 cents per gallon more - you need to get in your car and back up to that one if you want to do it yourself." Then as he walked away he shouted "YOU'RE WELCOME" ..... um you're welcome for what? yelling at me? I drove off and got gas down the road at Kwik Trip.
Where I'm from (Milwaukee area) - ANY gas station will full-service pump your gas FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. You just call in to the store or honk your horn and any associate will come out and help you. In fact, I bet Kwik Trip down the road would even do that. I feel horrible for any disabled person visiting this "service" station - This BP should be ashamed of themselves, and that rude attendant should get out of the "service" industry.

I've visited this station a few times. Once for live bait, which they advertised and had none of. The next was to prepay for gas inside, but the cashier who I was speaking to was on the phone when I went in and had me wait 5 minutes before telling me to just pay outside. He definitely had no idea how to do his job. The place is filthy and merchandise is thrown about haphazardly. Go the extra 2 miles to another gas station, it's worth it.

I was a little put-off the first time I stopped there when, without me saying a word, they assumed I'd pay with food stamps. On the second visit, the chocolate bars and a few other choices were all expired. When I mentioned it to the clerk, he gave a condecending answer. I won't be back.

Stopped here because my young son needed to go to the bathroom. It was DISGUSTING!!! There was feces, urine and blood on the floors, walls and all over the toilet. Absolutely unacceptable. The bathroom has probably never been cleaned, it is that gross. It was in horrible disrepair as well. I had to hold my son up so he could use the toilet without touching anything. We left and used diaper wipes and hand sanitizer in the car to wash our hands. The rest of the place was filthy as well, but the bathroom was literally a health hazard. This place should be shut down.
