Damaged my brand new vehicle taking it off the delivery truck, lied to me, stole money from me and then when busted and called out told me “give the car back or keep it and move on” by the first manager and second one stopped responding after I told him what happened. Bergstrom used to care but now it’s all about the last penny they can take. Out 14k, hate the car, they did more damage on the last oil change/tore rotation and they could car less.

I purchased a kia serento in 2017 primarily because of warranty that was offered. At 60,000 miles it began to use an excessive amount of oil. I would need to add a quart every 650 miles. I have been trying to get this issue resolved but kia just stalls, lies to me and never returns phone calls. I would never buy another vehicle from Bergstrom again.

This was by far the best buying experience my wife and I have ever experienced. Sam H. answered all our questions and never hesitated to find the correct answer if he did not know. Sam explained everything and made sure we understood everything we were signing. Ultimately Sam was not a high pressure salesman and for that I would not hesitate to buy another car from him or Bergstrom. Thank you!

I recently bought my 1st car from bergstrom nissan on Victory Lane from Justin M. It was a great experience. Justin and staff went above and beyond to help me, explain to me, and eventually get me the car of my dreams. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. He explained everything clearly, was accommodating to my needs, and did everything in his power to get me the car I wanted. Thank you to everyone there!

Kyle Jansen of Nissan (boo Nissan) was exceptionally helpful in helping us find just the right Mazda for us. We went in looking for a used CX-9 at Nissan, and he had no hesitation helping us look at and test drive many cars. He was down to earth and was patient with us as timid car buyers. With his product knowledge, we wouldn't have known that he was from Nissan, and not Mazda.
We were trying to buy by the end of the month to take advantage of a promotion that Mazda was having. During the week, the Mazda dealership(s) seemed very busy, and understaffed. (we only had a couple hours each day after work) This made Kyle's help even more valuable to us.
We'd highly recommend an appointment with Kyle when he isn't too busy #slayyying over at Nissan.
