Stopped in with our VW Sports Wagon and asked some questions regarding the TPMS "smart wheel sensor" apparently the sensors aren't that smart! Josh gave us some valuable free advice regarding the does and don'ts of most TPMS systems. This type of old school customer service and caring is hardly seen these days! WOW, JUST WOW.
0 stars if that were a choice. I am new to this great City of Neenah, taking on a Manager position across the street from this establishment. I called to get a quote on brake pad and rotors. The gentleman said he wasn't sure and that he'd have to look it up. I said no problem, please take down my name and number and reach out to me when you find out. I work across the street. He then said " I, I, I don't have time right now "
I thanked him and hung up.
So much for trying to support our locals eh? Being in my position of trust and influence that I hold, I would have gladly given a good word to all my patients being that they were so close to my clinic. But now it will be the exact opposite. And it'll only be the truth obviously. In verbatim. Best wishes to the establishment and their future career endeavors.

i called the Auto Clinic as my car's electrical was shutting down and was in need of someone to look at it ASAP. I called and they were able to fit me in quickly and fixed the problem with efficiency and as cost effective as possible. i appreciate the little extra work done with securing the rattling from underneath my car as well. i would highly recommend this business!!

Honest and efficient! Got me in to check on my brakes and then got parts and changed out my front brakes in an hour's time the same day, and threw in some helpful advice about when my brake calipers will need replacing. The price was competitive with two other shops in Neenah.Service: Brakes
