Very difficult to do business with associated. Their staff is reduced to intolerable levels, and they keep closing locations. They want you to deposit funds, and make it difficult to access the money.

Had a wonderful experience here on 6/28/2023! Came to this branch to service my account after a different location had to cancel my appointment due to staffing. My fiancé & I worked with the Assistant Branch Manager, Andrew Pemrich. He was very personable while also knowledgeable & professional. We traveled from Oshkosh & after today's experience, I absolutely would again. Will definitely recommend this bank & branch to friends & family! 10/10 customer service, very quick & easy at Associated Bank.

Tried calling for 3 hours to ask a yes or no question that can’t be answered online. Never reached anyone. Just the automated responses.

Poor service. Horrible bank for small business - they were very inflexible and unhelpful, even to a family that was doing 7 figure banking with them.
