The experience here is disgusting 1 st I got 2 tank tops off the clearance rack with NO tags I asked 1 old bat who obviously didn't understand me cuz she literally turned and walked away 2nd lady was smarter cashier was friendly BUT DONT EAT at the SUBWAY it's disgusting the sandwhich had no flavor and the tomato was snushhy and when I asked her to put more pickles on and legit put 2 more it HAD NO FLAVOR I got the spicy Italian you couldn't taste the meat at all ????????

Came in for a return & to do some shopping before work. Waited at customer service for 15 minutes. Told she’d be up in 5. Left without help. Disappointing service.

Usually doesn't have what I need, but yesterday I had to pick up from their FedEx sublessor. Over 80# item that FedEx "attempted" to deliver unsuccessfully (hmmm, but I was here at the business). I am certain that the "attempts" were not "attempted". Not a criticism of Walmart as much as one of FedEx. Funny thing is that shipping is down (as FedEx has laid off thousands) and they're into printing centers, too. Two declining industries. Customer service always suffers first in a decline, and FedEx is proving that.

Not so much about the store itself but the morning employees. I go shopping at 6 am to avoid the rush. There is always one cashier open, and they are always very friendly. Today, Evan was the cashier, and the customer service is strong with this one. He was very kind and personable!

I had a terrible experience the last time I visited. I heard a leader/manager named Aaron yelling at teenage employees and berating them. I was shopping near the luggage stuff and I heard the shouting coming from a stockroom. The guy might actually be insane. There can’t be any reason for someone in a position of power to act like that. It made me incredibly uncomfortable. I ended up leaving without buying anything because I didn’t want to be in such a toxic environment. I did talk to an employee who was picking orders who gave me Aaron’s name.

Walmart has done a great job of increasing space for customers, the aisles are open and uncluttered. The signs to find what you are looking for are large and visible. The customer service and displays in electronics were very good.

I will go out of my way to go to this Walmart. The store is always clean and tidy, and the employees are nice and helpful.

This wonderful gracious soul was so very sweet and kind. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made my shopping experience a breeze! I got to hear a little jingle she sang for me and it was God's gift it brought tears to my eyes! I believe her name was Hannah, we need more people like her!
