This Walgreens is much like other Walgreens. There is another one in Muskego, approximately 1 mile west. You might wonder why Muskego needs two of them, but that's beyond my pay grade. As a Walgreens, this is pretty much what you would expect. A smallish grocery, home good, office supplies, liquor store, with a good supply of cosmetics AND a pharmacy. I have always had good customer service here. It's right across from a medical clinic, which is convenient for some people to get their prescriptions.

Much appreciation for the pharmacist on duty at 6pm on August 8 2023 at the Muskego Wi location S70 W15775 When I was a couple of hours out of a pain patch he called my physician for a refill Rx. Since my local pharmacy was not able to obtain my pain med I was referred to the Muskego Walgreens. Since Walgreens pharmacies are closed on the weekends. I have experienced difficulties in obtaining prescriptions prescriptions prescriptions

Went to the store to purchase needed medication on Sunday, July 16, 2023. It was 11:30 AM. There was a handwritten sign on the door that Walgreens would be closed for the day because they didn't have staff to work. Totally unacceptable for any retail operations, much less a drug store. Sick of hearing about how difficult it is to hire people. Period. All the managers and supervisors should've been required to come in to work the day and service the customer. This store is poorly managed.

We love the pharmacist there, he is always super helpful and overall nice!!!Today the pharmacy aide, was terrible. Super rude and overall has horrible customer service. Definitely no reason to treat people this way.

Pharmacy: This pharmacy has been amazing, specifically Heather W. She has gone above and beyond helping to get my script ran on multiple occasions. She has followed through with phone calls/msgs and keeping me involved at all times. SHE needs to be recognized for her work, dedication and positive energy.
