Had to drive over an hour to get to this Walgreens because they were the only Walgreens Pharmacy that had the medication in the Metro Milwaukee area. Got there at 128PM, only one person at the pickup window with me behind. An employee walks out and says to me "We close at 130PM and open back up at 2PM" she kept walking. The customer at the Pharmacy window left at 129PM. The employee behind the window hurriedly pulled down the window. Not one other customer around except me, standing next to a closed window. I waited ... at 203PM the window opens, with me standing there and a line bhind me. At 205PM, I walk out with the meds and drive the hour back home. Uhm.... here's an idea . .. Good customer service would require service to customers. Make the tech's split their lunch hours so that they can hand out the meds the Pharmacist has dispensed. If the customer has questions about their meds, they can wait to talk to the pharmacist but other people still can pick up their meds if they don't have questions. No wonder a lot of Walgreens stores are set to shut down.

This is one of two Walgreens in Muskego. I find the staff to be helpful and friendly. This is my goto pharmacy. Usually very helpful with prescriptions and advice.

Uncaring attitude by the pharmacy especially the tech. Questions unwelcomed. Please get a job you like. Customer service is important.The STORE manager was helpful!! Pharmacy manager wasn't helpful.

This Walgreens has the cutest pharmacy tech. He makes me smile every time I pick up a prescription. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a new prescription place!

This location clearly has issues within their photo department vased on the previous review as well as my experience today.
After waiting some time for assistance in the photo, I finally managed to find an employee ti send the (photo department) employee back to her department. She very abruptly asked what I wanted, (no acknowledgement or apology for her lack if accessibility) to inform me that the "psync" cords necessary to transfer photos from a smartphone were not available as "they keep stealing them". My disbelief led me to ask if she meant I needed to go to another Walgreens was what I needed to do, and she confirmed that was correct.
Seriously? They SELL these cords. She could have had my sale and presumably many others by; A) Finding a way to ensure the USB cords don't "get stolen" B) Taking a USB cord off a shelf (after informing Manager) in order to make it possible for me to make my purchase.
I will make a longer trip to any other Walgreens. Under no circumstances will I shop here again.

This location used to be a 2 second drive and I used it for everything. I recently moved about 20 minutes away and still make the drive to that location for pharmacy and photo...but I will NOT anymore! I went to pick up pictures today and was rudely told I could not have my pictures without a copyright letter. These were not copyright photos. The lady at the counter was very rude and walked away after I told her that. When she started to come back and say I was still there, she turned and walked the other way. I had to hunt someone down for help. This woman was also very rude, but then told me they will let it slide this one time. I told her that's fine as I will NOT be developing pictures here anymore. This location has lost my business!
