I wish I could have given 5 stars but I’m highly disappointed. The mail carrier constantly leaves the mailbox open and I complained about this. I was told it was not the carriers problem. They don’t have time to try to “fix” a faulty mailbox. Fix? How hard is it to close a mailbox? People drive so close around the corner I’m concerned it will be ripped right off! Not to mention one of my roommates moved and now their mail is being “returned to sender” instead of their new address.

Damaged my package and returned it, but never notified me or updated their system, now I can’t get a refund on a damaged package by them. ??♂️

I would like to compliment the wonderful service I received yesterday morning from a postal service worker at Muskego post office. I was ready to send a piece of mail overnight to a local post office for $29.00 ?the gentleman explained all I needed to do was take it to the local post office myself. Something I had not thought of so he saved me $29.00 ?the best customer service, thank you to this gentleman! Great customer service seems to be a thing of the past but not this time! It was a pleasant surprise

Constantly losing our mail... Get everyone else's mail and not ours. Had to file 2 claims of missing mail and had to reorder things multiple times they have lost.

If I could give 0 stars I would. PSA: don't report issues you have with your local post office to the local post office, report them to the Post Office General, OIG investigations or the POOM in charge of that office.

New hunter. Bought duck stamp in June, clerk said it was good for 2020 season. Wasn't. Tried to exchange it a few weeks later for a valid 1, with receipt, and was refused. Also had a neighbor hold mail for over a month in winter. My credit card bill was in their mail. It was past due at that point. Going to pay bills online from now on. Hope my $25 was worth it crooks.

I am extremely disappointed in the Muskego Post Office! I had very important documents that were supposed to be forwarded, lost in the mail! It was very frustrating! My car title from DMV was lost as well. In the past, relatives of mine would receive my mail by mistake. Moreover, I am glad I received follow-ups with customer service through email and voicemail. Please get valuables insured and get tracking numbers for all your packages! I recommend UPS and FedEx as possible alternatives.

I have been disappointed with them many times in the past (lost packages, late mail delivery, no mail delivery, etc.) but have never complained until now. Extremely poor customer service. I placed two packages in my mailbox early this morning, and put the flag up. Both packages were customer sales, and both had postage paid already. One was an envelope, and the other was a padded envelope with a first class mail label attached. Mail was delivered early today (around 3pm). When I went to the mail box, I noticed that the flag was down, but both packages were still in the box along with my new mail shoved in. I called the Muskego post office to inform them at 3:22pm, but was greeted with very poor customer service. After I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone, she told me that she had no delivery people still working for the day (again, it was 3:22pm), and that the packages would have to be picked up tomorrow. I told her that I had 3 day shipping on one of the envelopes, and she proceeded to tell me that "first class mail is not guaranteed". She did not apologize about the mistake, nor sound concerned in the least bit. As such, I told her that I was not happy with the customer service, at which time she told me that I could go ahead and fill out an online review, but that all online reviews go directly to her, and that once she received it she would simply call me back and tell me the same thing. She then told me that she decided which reviews get posted, and that she would make sure that mine was not posted online (that's just crazy talk). I told her that I have doubts that she controls all online reviews on all sites. She again told me that she does. (If that is true, and she truly controls google and everything else, why does her post office have such a horrible rating on here?). ...keep in mine that this whole time she seems to not have any care what she is saying to a customer. Well ma'am, here's the first of my reviews regarding your extremely poor customer service...and more to follow on other rating sites. I understand that you're the US Post Office, but take a look at your rating on here...not good. Your lack of customer service obviously needs some improvement. Here's some advice...fess up to your mistakes, apologize, listen, have some sympathy, and don't get very snotty with your customers...it goes a long way to providing appropriate customer service. I would not suggest this post office until they greatly improve customer service.

Our "main" delivery person, Julia, is absolutely AMAZING. Her willingness to maintain communication in addressing any delivery issue is fantastic. We're lucky to have her here at our complex.
