“6pm at night my Charger was broke down in a parking lot. I tried using my roadside assistance people with no luck. While waiting on hold I used my wife's phone and I called Waldera's Towing. They confirmed they could pick up in 3min and they picked up my car in 20min. I didn't stay with my car, left the keys, and got confirmation they had a driver on the way, when it was picked up, dropped, etc via text/call. Customer service was great and the drivers are great. Payment was easy and receipt to provide my insurance company came asap. Keep up the good work!edit: The email they sent had before pickup and after drop pictures. What a great extra level of service for those who don't stay with their car waiting for a tow.”

“Called to set up a tow ahead of time. They were very polite on the phone. They gave me a very reasonable quote (I called a total of 8 places). They showed up on time to tow my vehicle. The driver was so nice (Alan) and offered to try to jump the vehicle first. He did that and got the vehicle running. He waited to make sure the vehicle continued to run before leaving. A very good experience. I will be using them again.”

“I was really worried when my car broke down and needed to be towed. This company definitely eased my anxiety! They were super responsive and quick. We met at my car within 20 minutes (on the dot). They were very kind and once my car was towed to the right spot they checked out my car and suggested what was going on with it. The payment was not bad either, it was 84$ for about 10 miles or 20 minutes. The other places were going to charge almost twice as much. So this company was super helpful when I definitely needed it.”
