“Called to set up a tow ahead of time. They were very polite on the phone. They gave me a very reasonable quote (I called a total of 8 places). They showed up on time to tow my vehicle. The driver was so nice (Alan) and offered to try to jump the vehicle first. He did that and got the vehicle running. He waited to make sure the vehicle continued to run before leaving. A very good experience. I will be using them again.”

“I was really worried when my car broke down and needed to be towed. This company definitely eased my anxiety! They were super responsive and quick. We met at my car within 20 minutes (on the dot). They were very kind and once my car was towed to the right spot they checked out my car and suggested what was going on with it. The payment was not bad either, it was 84$ for about 10 miles or 20 minutes. The other places were going to charge almost twice as much. So this company was super helpful when I definitely needed it.”

“Paul was amazing and saved the day , I got a flat a block behind my house in the construction zone heading WEST on Menomonee Ave. It was already raining, I limped my car to the McDonalds parking lot and asked the manager if I could have it towed in their lot and she said yes. “Phone answered by Denise who was helpful walking me through the simple process to get my car towed to dealer for repairs. Setup appointment for after 9AM. Called around 9AM spoke with Dani to give more precise directions and location of car in large business complex parking lot. She gave update on the time explaining 2 more customers ahead but tow would arrive before noon and asked if that was ok. Was fine on our end and tow arrived (JJ) at 11:15AM. JJ friendly, fast and experienced hookup and putting on flatbed. Was confident car was in good hands.
Will use again if needed (hopefully not!).
