I did not schedule an appointment properly, however I still showed up for the "appointment" and my vehicle was stilled fixed that day! Great, knowledgeable people work here that go beyond your expectations.

Not only were they friendly and helpful but were able to work within my budget too…As an upcoming college student, this is super helpful. This is the second time I've used Tess Corners Automotive to repair my 2014 Chevy Equinox. Each time they were very upfront and gave me a solid quote of the needed repairs. And they completed the work on time.
Mike, (the owner) is very nice to deal with.
They have saved me a lot of money versus going to a dealer.
Plus, I like the fact that it's a very nice looking and clean auto shop too! I definitely recommend them for any auto repairs.

I called on 4/2/24 to reschedule an appt from 4/3 to 4/17/24 to have new tires mounted on my car. I loaded up the tires and drove on 4/17, the owner looked at his note pad and said I didn’t have an appt. I showed him the call log in my phone documenting my call. He said leave it here and I’ll try to squeeze it in. 6 hours later my car was never touched. He kept telling me that I must have talked to one of the employees because he never screws up. I hate to tell you that as the owner you are responsible for actions and lack of actions of your employees. He never offered an apology. It’s time to get into the 21st century and replace your notepad with a computer and better trained employees. Very, very poor customer service.

We’ve been so impressed by TCA. Their prices are fair, they’re understanding when you opt to skip things they recommend (without guilting you into it or making you feel like your car will explode without getting wiper fluid). Car repairs are never cheap, but TCA has fair prices, great service, and knows when to recommend another shop. We’re returning customers and will keep coming back when needed.

Took our car here after an estimate from another shop. They took a copy of our estimate, ( which was quite extensive), and sent us a detailed estimate via email. They were able to save us about $800. They have wonderful customer service, are honest, and do great work. Our car runs great!! Mike, you are the best!! Customers for life!! Thank you so much!!

Mike at TCA was awesome. Was in town, 1300 miles from home and had vehicle issues. Being a. Mechanic myself, it's always hard to find someone you trust to work on your vehicles. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful with resolving the issue. Just got back home and the truck had zero issues on the way home. Highly recommend Mike and his crew at TCA!
