I signed up online for a storage unit at the end of June and set up a date to move into my unit in July. I completed the online paperwork and paid the administrative fee. I called a week before my move in date and said that I was going to be out of town and would need to reschedule. The person I spoke with said this would be fine. I stopped by after returning from out of town. Turns out they had rented my unit to someone else and had no record of my reservation. The person at the desk took down my number and said that I would get a call back regarding a reimbursement for my deposit. I never heard back and was never reimbursed.

Michael was a huge help. Glad I chose to rent from them. The door wasn’t working properly on the unit so he said he would have it fixed by the following week. So far so good. No issues or complaints.
** door still not working properly and after 2 months they jumped up the price on the storage unit $30!! Absolutely horrible.

I found their website very easy to use, and their units were very reasonably priced. Upon my move in date, I was able to connect with a live person who provided very nice customer service. My storage unit is in the perfect spot & is easy to access! 5 stars all around. Thanks!

We gave the location on Janesville Rd our business because of the property manager’s positive and welcoming attitude. His name is Michael and he showed us various sized units, their availability and prices. He was quick and polite to answer a multitude of questions from us.
We had previously visited another SM location and left fairly quick when the sales rep at the desk was giving me attitude about the questions that I was asking.
I would gladly refer any new customers to the West Janesville Road location.
