I went here in search of a new dog food when my shepherd started itching very bad after several ingredient changes to his current food. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the products they carry or could order and had great suggestions for a new alternative. Someone even went and printed the ingredient list of my current dog food so we could look it over, as they didn’t carry that brand. I left with a new brand that my pups love and great ideas from the staff!

Absolute Best Pet Store! The Staff is the Best! They know their products and only sell the best! After spending $1000's at the vet, I stopped at the store & asked them for suggestions. My dog is 10 and has never had that issue again!So now they are my first stop!

Came in and was asked if I need help, said I wanted to switch food brands for my dog and what I was looking for. Trish was able to help, was super knowledgeable, not pushy, and very nice! We will continue to buy our dog’s food from here. Thanks for making an overwhelming process (picking a brand/type of food) so easy!

I've shopped here for years and everyone is always very helpful. They let you shop and then they'll ask if you need any help . I always call them also and they are so happy to help me with what I need. I come down to this store a few times a year. Because I live 2 hours away. Thank you to all the staff for being really knowledgeable on pet care

I have been going here for quite awhile now and never had issues. UNTIL TODAY! Rude women who thought it was acceptable to argue with the customer because I felt they were rushing me out to close EARLY! It was 5:45 and they supposedly close at 6 pm! One spunky chunk girlie had the nerve to interrupt me and say BYE!!! BYE!!! The older heavyset woman thought that was ok and went along with it. Just unbelievable!!! SMH! All because I told them they made me feel rushed. I know the difference between genuinely caring for your customer and offering to help, but their asking me 3 different times if I needed help were not feeling or looking like that by their rude mannerisms!What's sad is they are a Muskego small business who should be doing everything they can to KEEP their customers! Lost at least 2 today and more likely. Seriously,BBB will get a formal complaint. BTW, just dropped $76 there! ?
