“I called 5 different SW in the area looking for a specific paint. This paint was discontinued. I was told by one store that I would not find this paint at any other SW. it would be “one here/one there.” I asked another store if they could check other stores in the area and they stated they could not. I finally called Muskego and Frank answered. After he informed me they did not have enough of what I was looking for, I thanked him for his time. He then proceeded to ask me if I would like him to check other stores in the area. He immediately checked the inventory at another store and told me they should have what I needed. He also gave me the number. I really appreciate Frank for going the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this store! Great customer service! Thanks for going above and beyond!”

I went in with 2 old, mostly full, gallons of paint, green and grey. I asked if they could mix them up and together to make a color closer to what I wanted, sage grey. He did so AND added more color to it. NO CHARGE. He was the best service/sales man I have ever crossed paths with. I am someone with 15 years of service and hospitality experience; I know good people when I see one. I didn't get his name but he was at the Grandview, Waukesha location today. 40/50 years old and he said he has worked there for 30ish years. This completely made my day. He was such a wholesome person and he made my whole week !! THANK YOUUU”
