Great service! Friendly and attentive! They fixed everything I needed in a timely fashion to get my kid off to college with his car. I felt comfortable and knowledgeable with what was going on with the car from start to finish. And no unexpected charges.

I brought my auto into Silver Lake Auto with a tire that had a slow leak. Silver Lake had some difficulty plugging my tire due to the angle the screw took entering my tread, but they were successful. They could have given up and just told me that I needed a new tire but they saved my tire & me a big expense. They did a complete comprehensive inspection of all four of my tires, breaks and underbody- put it on video sent to my cell phone, in a very timely manner, and only charged $59.00! This is a fantastic all service auto business that I would enthusiastically rate a 10 out of 10! I will definitely return for more service and tires in the future!

Stopped by for quick minute to get a tire from my boat trail put back on the rim, was a 5 minute fix and didn’t get charged!! Who does that anymore?? Thank you sooooo much!

Staff was helpful, polite and listened to concerns. I liked the video update and explanation of the issues. When I picked up my car the trunk didn't open, but was looked at immediately and fixed shortly after. Great communication and updates!

Explaining all the details of the repairs I needed to my son-in-law was very important. Everyone was knowledgable and helpful. Giving me a ride home and back was great that I didn’t have to ask someone for a ride.

Everything was fixed to my satisfaction on my initial trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The job took longer than what was expected, 3 days instead of 2 but everything was fixed exactly right. Good job to the entire team in Muskego! Thank You Very Much!

They gave me a ride to and from work, cleaned my car, and did very quality work for a fair price. They’re not the cheapest but they do good quality work and the customer service pays for itself

My alternator needed to be replaced in my SUV and it was under warranty that I purchased with my vehicle. They were able to work with the warranty company so that I only needed to pay the additional work that the warranty did not include. They also offer loaner vehicles as well.

I have a very rare car - 1989 Sterling 827SL. Hard to find an auto shop that would work on it. Silver Lake Auto was willing to do it for me. Parts were hard to source, but I knew where to find all the parts needed thru various vendors and websites. Once we had everything needed, the mechanic at Silver Lake Auto went to work on the car and it was done in a couple of days. Highly recommend.
