“Kenneth, the att store rep that helped me yesterday, 1/12/24, is an amazing human. Not only was he quick, acknowledgable, and efficient, resolving ALL of the issues I came into the store with, and resolving them so I don't have those issues in the future, he was just a genuinely kind and friendly dude. He helped me with my anxiety, and talked me through some other issues I had experienced with my devices not working properly. I am NOT tech savvy, and hate being talked down to, which happens often, but I will be searching out Kenneth for any future issues/ upgrades, ect.
