“I feel like Sierras are a hit or miss for me. When I find something here, it's usually a great deal. In general, their clothes and bags are plain (understandae considering their target consumers) but quite pretty. I actually love browsing their pet section.”

Velved, the store manager, was working solo the day I went in. I was looking for a suit for a funeral I had to attend the following week.
They didn't have e erything I needed at this location, so he got on the phone and hunted down the rest.
The suit fit well, the price was reasonable, and Velved all in all did an excellent job. His demeanor made the task easier on my end (I hate clothes shopping), and I would recommend seeing him for all your "large dude" clothing needs!”

There are still some good deals, and it is nice to see items in person, even if you need to order a different size. Some employees are super helpful, going above and beyond, some decidedly unhelpful, it’s hit or miss.”

“I had issues with my giftcards at the store today, and without the help of Keith I wouldn't be writing such a positive review. Keith spent his time calling district managers, customer service and more just to resolve this issue. Not only was the issue resolved but he gave us a discount for our troubles, I will definitely be coming back now that I know Tilly's puts their customers first. I tried looking for a spot to review employees on their website but I couldn't find anything so that's why I'm writing it here. Thank you Keith!”

“At first, I went to champs and they didn’t even greet me so I went down to footlocker immediately was greeted and helped out.
