I have had American Family since I started driving. I’ve been paying premiums for the past 40+ years. When I questioned that I’m paying more then other car insurance companies, they said if I go from $500 deductible to a $1,000 deductible, I could save money. True, but was not much.

May 10th I phoned the Margaret Moll AmFam office needing an explanation for a statement I didn't expect. I was told answers might take a few days. It only took them a few minutes to call back with good news that an error was made by the corporate office and no payment was due. Excellent work tracking down the mistake! Thanks you!~
