The new maze created for the service desk and check out is not customer friendly and out of the way and difficult for disabled people to maneuver. It appears they are attempting to sell gadgets while customers have to wait. I had to enter the maze to return items and then tried to purchase something on my way out and had to reenter the maze. I ended up leaving as I am disabled and not interested in gadgets or Sephora. Mazes are for Summerfest and Disney World!

Came here to return an Amazon package per their signage. Wasn’t informed that Kohls had to be selected in Amazon returns. (Would’ve been nice to know as I have never seen this option ever.) I had the shipping label on it and the slip inside. The older lady at the weird desk halfway in the back of the store ripped open the package like it was a Christmas present tearing off the labels, ripping the label inside, she then discarded our label as if she had a personal vendetta with ups as a competitor for returns. No apology, nothing. Then because of this, we had to pay at UPS for a new label and sealing the product back to send it off. Sounds funny, but they should have people knowledgeable about how the Amazon returns work. She just kept asking for a QR code and using her scanner on the shipping label before harassing the package. Please retrain so they can educate others returning. She was nice but unapologetic.

A bit tricky finding the counter (customer service) to drop off Amazon Returns...the store itself is clean, and as organized as can be, (with customers sloppily leaving items placed back messily, or entirely disregarding any manners at all, and just leaving all random merchandise strewn all over like witless swine).

Kohl's have great sales and the kohls cash is great but they need to bring back the price scanners and not depend on the customer to hunt a clerk down just to find a price. It's a unnecessary hassel for the customer.

Two employees, Tay and Sharon at the Muskego store gave me undivided attention while I looked for a dress pictured in a Kohl's ad. While that particular dress was not available at this store, they did find it available at 2 other Kohl's stores. Many thanks to them, as I now have the exact dress I wanted! Awesome employees! Thank you.
