Yesterday I tried to wash my car. C card accepted and billed but wash machinery did not function. No posted phone to call and no staff on site. I warned away two other customers before they got ripped off. Go down the road to other car washes instead!

I will give 2 stars just because i believe in the reason,title and people at this place but the wash.....for me and my car, which is a factory 2023 camry TRD model that sits low to the ground just cant benefits from this wash and I know there are alot of low cars on the street today,especially in Milwaukee. I had what looked like scratches or marrs from the poly or rubber brushes all over my car, tire wet all along the ground effect kit of my car and barely any on my tires. I spent 1.5 hours in the vacuum area wiping down everything that went wrong in the wash. Sucks, i wish i could have got a free wash to try it before i paid the 37 dollars just to waste my money and never was again. The people were nice though and the wash seem to have alot of soap and vacuums that actual work so i cant knock them for that and this is the new Warrior wash in Milwaukee on s.70st not Muskego

*RESPONSE TO BUSINESS: I totally get needing to close but it would have been considerate to put that on your phone recording to save people from driving all the way to you in harsh weather for a service for nothing. Voicemail messages can be changed from anywhere.
Original Review: I specifically searched 24 hour car wash on google and this business came up with hours showing “24 hours”. No other hours posted. Called their number posted on google and it was a message saying leave a message, but no mention of your hours. I was already duped at another car wash pretending to be open 24 hours but I use my car for business and needed it clean so took a chance. Drove from miles out just to arrive to a closed car wash. Be professional. Update your hours and stop wasting people’s time.

Horrible! I actually left that place and immediately went to another car wash because it was that bad. The wheel clea er left so.e type of scum all ove my rims, I had soap spots all over the carand the dryer hardly did anything and this was the $12 wash

Went for the middle price ($10/touchless) carwash. Did an adequate job cleaning my SUV. But…. if anyone out there knows of a carwash in the area that can at least get the brake dust off of black wheels? This isn't the place. The wheels were left terribly filthy. Not sure why I can wipe the dirt off with my fingers why soap/jet spray can’t do it? I’m guessing the equipment doesn’t point that low?Thank you for the timely explanation and the recommendation for my next car wash.
