I recently visited Jiffy Lube and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto shop. The managers, a woman and man that helped me truly made all the difference. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. What really stood out was how they approached everything with genuine care.
At no point did I feel pressured or pushed into unnecessary sales. Instead, they took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me, letting me decide what was best for my car.
Ultimately I did end up spending quite a bit more than I initially went in for, but it was of no fault of anyone but my own, as I neglected to my cars needed maintenance prior.
I felt confident in spending money on the services that were actually needed. It’s clear that they care about building relationships, not just making a quick sale. Truly a 5 star experience!

Always good service, and the "topping off" in between oil changes is a big plus if you have an older car.
Be sure to watch for their coupons, as can be a significant savings.

Ramon, was extremely knowledgeable and polite. I went in for a emissions test. Was greeted in the parking lot to a friendly employee, asking how he could help. I stated my reason. He had me in and out fast than I could write this review!
