If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Store manager, he abuses his power to his employees. Pumps are always broken, everything is over priced. Go here if you want bad service. I used to work there as well, and I know how the actual store runs.

This review is for the car wash only. The last couple of times that I’ve gone through this touchless car wash using their $10-12 options have been a waste of time and money since the car remained dirty afterwards. It used to be good but definitely not now. It’s time to drive a little further to one that works.

It a reasonable good gas station, if that's all you really need. Not nearly as nice a convenience store as the local Kwik Trips. Does have a couple of fast food options, including a DQ.

The gas pumps are garbage. It's like playing gas pump roulette on which one's going to work, which one's going to steal your card, which one's going to leak gas everywhere. The pumps have been broken for months and the employee inside is rude when trying to get help for their broken equipment. Passed by this gas station almost everyday which is why I've used it in the past, I'll now go out of my way to go to KwikTrip down the road.

It's hit or miss here but loved the car shows in days gone by. Good memories. Jetz even has DMV self service & carries items others don't have.

Live just down the road, so pass by often. Last three times I stopped to get gas the pumps weren’t working and had to go inside the building. Just tonight I stopped to get gas again and pump wasn’t working. Went inside and told the employee. He got snotty with me and said I looked flustered. I told him that I was irritated, this was the third time in a row with issues and half his pumps weren’t operational, so obviously the place had a problem. He continued to be snotty and seemed to not understand the frustration, nor care that half his pumps are not working. Very poor customer service, nor do they have any interest in correcting the problem.

Cheapest car wash is $7 but they don't even offer a discount when you fill up with fuel. On a recent visit I checked into signing up for their car wash program but it could only be done through a manager who wasn't there...odd. I think some other car washes are starting to do this as well but they only allow one wash per day with a monthly plan, they also do not offer a family plan of any kind. Last visit the pump wasn't working and kept shutting itself off and was barely dribbling any fuel out. Overall a poorly run location, I do not plan on patronizing this location anymore.

Stood in line for about 10 minutes, The cashier was working all alone(not at fault)…Jim. What poor management, Jim.. Maybe have Half the standards of a Quiktrip. Business might get better.

Hi JETZ I live here in houston but when I read the reviews I said not when I was there my number one place to get my breakfast lunch and dinner clovers with the butter burger subway, McDonald's across the street Ann's Italian restaurant the convenient gas station Jets very nice place I miss it days I wanted to go eat I lived on hampton I would drive all the way to halesconers just to get a butter burger the staff is great when I use to come they never have us waiting perfect love it.if I ever get back to visit I will stop in never will forget the good service.
