Needed a bottom apron repaired -(under front of car). Picked up my car with tow truck and fixed it that afternoon Then picked me up took me to their shop and was able to get my vehicle. Thank You Black Tie. You have now become my place for service. Thank you so much ??

I have had my emissions done here twice and both times have always been satisfied! For the record, at the time of this review they only do them in the am 8-11 but no appt needed. Very quick and easy process. Their little waiting area has a TV, table, a comfy couch and even an adorably kind elderly dog to hang out with. My first time I believe I chatted with the owner and he was very nice.

I had a great experience with Black Tie. My car died in the grocery store parking lot. Black Tie was there to tow my car before my wife arrived to pick me up! They fixed my car quickly and the cost was budget friendly. I have returned for various maintenance services on my vehicles and have received 5 start service every time.

My truck is essential for my landscaping business, and when it wouldn't start, I was in a tough spot. I had it towed to Black Tie Auto, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Sam, the owner, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. His knowledge and expertise were impressive, and he got my truck back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Black Tie Auto for their exceptional service and expertise. Five stars all the way!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this place.
I bought a 2013 Chevy equinox from Black Tie in April 1923. A week after purchasing it the car started having some motor issues and engine knocking. I went back to have them check it out and they told me the catalytic converter needed to be replaced because it was under recall. I had it taken care of by a dealership, who also told me that I had a cracked exhaust manifold, which I went back to black tie and had them replace it, which they charged me for. The problems persisted and it was a major safety concern. To this day, 27 June 2023 I have not received a callback from the owner whom I requested to speak with multiple times.

I was looking for a new mechanic for my 87 mustang as my old one had closed shop and retired. Took a chance here and it became My favorite experience at a mechanic ever. Brought my vehicle in Thursday morning. They had my vehicle diagnosed for a rack and pinion and had parts ordered and the vehicle complete before the end of the day Friday. They even stayed past shop hours so I could pick my summer vehicle up before the weekend! Car feels like a completely different vehicle after they fixed it! They do emissions testing, and everyone else I called about one was super rude. I know no shops love doing them, but they were professional about it over the phone and in person.
