Awhile ago I went to get a vaccination and they took me 23 minutes after my appointment and did not apologize. Recently I had a partial prescription filled over Memorial Day. They did not explain that I would run out before they got more in. They did not offer me the option of getting it at another Walgreens. On the prescription label someone wrote that it would come in later onTuesday. I left to do other errands because of this information and they left a message it was filled in the AM by that time I was too far away to get it so missed a dose. I filled out their survey and asked for a call back and they never did call and at least apologize. Staff at the pharmacy are rude and the man Pharmacist that talked to me about this prescription never even looked at me. Guess what-- I don't care if I have to drive 20 miles to get a prescription I am not going back there ever again.

Prescription was put in 5 hours prior. When I showed up still wasn’t ready, then told me what I needed was out of stock but waited until then to tell me, when I needed to take it that evening. Terrible service

The retail stores run very well. The pharmacy is not so good. Understaffed and often out of stock of common meds

Service in The pharmacy was slow and did not care how long you had to stay in line to wait for a prescription they told me it was going to be 15 minutes to fill. They called me up to the front said it was ready but now you have to get back in line to pay for it Walgreens Pharmacy needs to be educated on customer service

Very rude staff. This woman practically yelled at me on the phone. This place used to be great, but it’s gone down hill considerably in the past 2 years.They never have anything in stock, take 8 years to fill any prescription, claim they never receive prescriptions sent in by my doctor, they have deleted medicines that I saw went through and then they act like they didn’t do it, and the pharmacists don’t know what they’re doing. Avoid at all costs. Very disappointed in this Walgreens. Do better!

Scheduled to get a flu shot at 1pm. The pharmacy replied “we’re going on lunch at 1:30, we can’t do it.” Umm how long does it take to give a flu shot? You guys need a break to get ready for your break? Very disappointing.

I have allowed this store to be my pharmacy for years. Too many times they have proven that this store is run by a very small group of people who are totally incompetent. I would strongly urge you to choose another pharmacist.Tonight was that last straw. We received a call yesterday that our daughter's prescription was received and would be ready in 90 minutes. When we were able to get there today, we were told that it was an OTC medicine and they had none in stock.

Had a flu shot scheduled for 10:15. The vaccination window was closed and I waited in the main line until 10:45 before I left. Pharmacy is not organized all. Management needs to step in. Save time, go somewhere else.

Pharmacy closed at 4:30 on a Friday. Went to pick up a needed prescription and wasn’t able to get it.
