I brought my motorcycle here for an oil change, inspection, and a belt adjustment. The staff are friendly and the store is clean. They have a good selection of products for sale, ranging from accessories to wholegoods.

my husband and my 18-year-old daughter walked into the store and Rick the sales guy was so rude. He was talking down to my daughter who's been on a motorcycle for years and didn't give her the time of day was not only belittling but uncouth and his demeanor was uncalled for; After I called to spoke with the owner of the store, who happens to be his mother and she wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise and just hung up on me!!! NEVER bring your business to this store!

After searching around for months for a 24 yz250 2 stroke that was not through the roof in pricing. Rick came through and blew my mind with prices. Some dealers are asking $1900 or more over asking price. You won't regret calling/visiting Mukwonago Yamaha for what you need! I have faith in dealers again. Rick is also awesome to work with!!!

The one hour drive from illinois to get an R3 was totally worth it. Rick was very pleasant and easy to work with and the whole buying experience went very smooth. Highly recommended!

Mukwonago Yamaha is a great place to do business with. I could not be any more thrilled than I currently am. After discovering that one of my wheels had been slightly damaged during a tire removal service last year, I email the dealership for a solution. Rick, one of the gentlemen that works at the dealership understood my predicament and asked me to bring the bike in. Evaluating the bike at the dealership, the team made a quick decision to completely swap out my slightly damaged real wheel and replace it in short order. This was done at zero expense to me and I could not be happier. This is epitome of perfect customer service. Well done Mukwonago Yamaha, and a big thanks to Rick and the team that made this happen.
