“I'll be honest I haven't had good luck with this location in the past so I would go to a different one . But recently I stopped in there because I was having issues with a replacement phone. It looks really nice in there. It used to look dark and run down. And the agent that helped me Nicole was great. I was having trouble getting my sons phone replaced but she helped get it done fast. I will definitely go there from now on.”

Will Larkin went out of his way to explain USC’s wifi options to us and answered every one of our 100’s of questions. He was patient and very friendly. What seemed like a daunting set-up was seamless because of his help. He even answered a couple of our calls during set-up to help walk us through! We will not go to any other USC from now on!”

He changed all my contacts over no problem. Then the next day not all my pictures and stuff transferred so I wne t back he showed me how to do it and explained everything. Definitely go here!!
